Many graduates are tracked into advanced classes and gifted programs once they transfer to other schools.
Research shows that all students placed in multiage environments will accelerate a minimum of one full academic year.

MAP Assessment Results
Academy students take the MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) assessment, and their results consistently place them above grade-level norms in reading and mathematics.

Accreditation and professional affiliations: Academy of Academic Excellence is accredited by the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS) and is a member of the Virginia Council for Private Education (VCPE).
