School Enrollment Process
Step 1: Open House
AAE hosts regular open houses for parents to tour the school, meet faculty, and observe our learning philosophy in action. Attending an open house enables parents to make an informed decision about our school after reviewing our approach to learning.
Step 2: Schedule A Visit
After the open house, we encourage parents to schedule a visit for their child to spend a day at AAE. They will get to experience a day as an AAE student, and our staff can in turn learn more about your child and their learning styles. Some informal tests may be administered during the process. At the conclusion of the visit, faculty will review learning styles and test results with the parents.
Step 3: Orientation
Applicants will spend the day or part of the day in an actual AAE classroom where they will have the opportunity to interact with current students and teachers. Orientation is a wonderful opportunity for the students to find out if they are a good fit for our program. We want this decision to be a win-win for everyone.
Step 4: Interview
Potential students will meet with the Dean and Assistant Deans to discuss their interests, ideas, and goals. Parent(s) will also be invited in to answer any questions they may have.
Step 5: Submit Your Application
The last step is the submission of your application. Parents are asked to submit their application with associated fees. Upon submission, our admissions team may request academic records or teacher recommendations. The applicant’s visit, previous academic records, and teacher recommendations are all considered by the Admissions Team. Upon acceptance, parents are asked to sign a contract and pay the tuition deposit.
Step 6: Decision Rendered
