Assistant Dean Erika Napolitano

Assistant Dean Erika Napolitano is the Assistant Dean of Sustainability, an Upper Elementary Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, MAP Testing Director, Scheduling Coordinator and Leadership Teacher.

Mrs. Napolitano, AKA Mrs. Nap, originates from the “City of Brotherly Love”, Philadelphia. She received her undergrad degree from the University of Richmond and went on to receive her Master’s of Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is working toward finishing her Ph.D. in Education. This will be Mrs. Nap’s 18th year of experience in education. She has taught in both Henrico and Chesterfield County where she received the honor of Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Nap ignites in students a passion for learning while also focusing on their leadership skills. She fosters a growth mindset in students that will allow them to experience excellence through all stages of their lives. When Mrs. Nap is not in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and participating in all kinds of water sports fun! Mrs. Nap is also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
